BB&D provide training service across a number of technologies. In many cases this training is geared to knowledge transfer and developing an established skill base within an organisation to support a BB&D system.
The BB&D training programmes are designed to rapidly improve developer skill and knowledge around particular technology sets.
In addition to the above BB&D established "The Developer Readiness Programme", an initiative created together with Microsoft Services South Africa. DRP provides specialised training around Microsoft technologies and is designed to enhance a developer's skill set, especially where knowledge gaps are critical to a development project path, and need to be rapidly addressed. Unlike other training, DRP is intended as "just in time developer readiness or technology adoption." The programme has proved to be highly successful in achieving these objectives.
